They are situated adjacent to the Village Pub in the pretty, unspoiled village of Bantham, near the market town of Kingsbridge and the sailing are of Salcombe in the South Hams, the most southerly peninsula in Devon. The region is renowned for its temperate climate and is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
